I do not think he actually knows it by himself.
Checked the Alexa ranking and both websites are far from getting 5000uv per day! and definitely not even near 50$ a day from adsense.
How we can report this SCAM post?

Haha, I think we need to open topic "How to write a SCAM sales pitch".
Rule #1 make sure you know what you are talking about.
Rule #2 if you sell one website do not post description and stats for other website.
Rule #3 make sure numbers you are posting are matching numbers that are available from public sources.

Good points:
1. Reputation. He has 58 positive reviews (so I guess his account got hacked or he was planning this mega scam for last two years lol
2. There is a call to action and urgency: "Do not Loss this oportunities to make easy money, just click the buy now button". However, I will recommend to fix the spelling problem in "oPPortunities" word and "Loss" to "Loose". It might be more persuasive.

Always suspicious when any seller is just drip feeding selected parts of their stats. All legit sellers should simply show their full Google Analytics report for a month at least, 3-6 months would be better.

And buyers should insist on that, then we'd weed out the dodgy sellers petty quickly.

 

Well the best part? I can't even find a single adsense ad in the site. Way to go!
