    its better to use 3-5% of the keyword in your content means using 3-5 keywords per 100 words in the idle and this can prevent site for keyword stuffing .

    All these keywords are for local as you already know... and you are already on first page. Now you can make some alternative keywords and check whether you are on such keywords or not. e.g 'SEO Services in Bangalore' to SEO Service in Bangalore etc...

    It is good that you have few keywords but if you have many pages in your website then use Adwords to find more keywords with low competition and high searches.

    Selection of the keywords generally depends upon the services you offer and it doesn't matter how much keywords you are targeting. Although you can get good results by promoting your website through the keywords presenting the services your website offer.

    actually you need 2 main keywords and some secondary keywords. if you target 2 main keywords then the result will be just great.

    Its depend on your site content and your products also. If you published 2 or 3 of your products then it could be 2 or 3 keywords. You may choose 5 keywords which are appropriate for your site and your products.
