Thanks for the tips on adwords. In point 7, "Test multiple version of the ad", what do you recommend, if on multiple versions of ads, sometime I find one or two of ads are not getting clicks at all, whether it should be deleted, revised or left alone?

what i did most of the time is increase the budget high to get higher impression and it would help me to get more click.
Beside that what i found out is use the ads title that near to the keywords that what they enter in search engine will get higher click.
Sometime i will use keywords and it will changed according to what people enter in the search engine.

For point #2-Keep ad group keyword list short, you will get little impression by limiting the keyword list.
I usually aim as many related keywords as possible especially long tail keywords.

Don't agree, he's actually talking about keywords in an ad group and not your overall keyword inventory. Having a limited amount of keywords per ad group actually allows you to maintain a more granular structure and will allow you to fully communicate your message (keywords) in your ad copy, effectively helping to increase quality score resulting in a decrease in CPC.

I believe custom bids more economical than automatic. True that it's take more time.

From experience top position gets diminshing returns. Lower positions attracts a higher quality prospect because they've taken longer to find you. Not thesame for every market, so don't fly blind, test and track your results.

I agree that lower positions seem to attract higher quality prospects. I raised my max. bid amount up to .70 and moved up from about 4.6 to 3.0 but saw fewer clicks and no real improvement so i went back to max. bid of .25.
