Good day everyone, so after months of stalking marketing forums, I finally want to start a money making site, I have many sites, but none I advertise on. I would like a mentor of some kind to help me through it, I'm on a pretty low budget, and have a lot of experience in web development, just not marketing, Pm if you're interested? Cheers!

Since you are good in web development, why don't you go to the website flipping?

I agree with lifeplayer. Website flipping may be your best bet. You could create some turn key sites and sell them for cheap until you have enough money to buy a site that you can fix up and resell. Once you buy that site though, you may want to research marketing tactics as this will help you drive traffic, and in turn, hopefully, revenue to your website which will make the site worth more.

I've considered this, but as I said, I'm on a low budget, so buying a successful site is out of the question, and buying a unsuccessful site would defeat the purpose.

Yes, but you could create a few turn key websites and sell them cheap. This will give you enough start-up capital to buy a website.

I'd suggest you search for some online training - a personal mentor will be very expensive, but there is some decent training available online from some good teachers, and they don't all cost a fortune, but you've got to be careful and selective. Check for genuine reviews of training programmes before your subscribe. Worth searching on Facebook, too, as lots of marketing experts hang out there. Training's a really worthwhile investment because if you don't understand what you're doing it could cost you in the long run. You can also get lots of good, free advice from some excellent marketing blogs and social media sites, as well as the forums.

I've been doing well with online money making for a number of years now. It initially takes some research and time and effort to get started. After that, it takes consistant hard work.

In what ways are you interested earning money?

Sometimes you can find a mentor Even if they don't know you are studying them. I think the more important task. Is finding a few people That you would like to study. then see if it is possible for you to purchase a page in some of the same forums or other discussions online. in this way you can start to get to know them. good luck!

Since you have lots of sites, you might as well monetize them to increase your funds. A good way i would suggest would be to have your own subscriber list and you can sell e-books or videos to your customers. you can set up your subscriber list from sites like aweber. after doing so, you would need to have subscribers and create squeeze and sales pages to sell your products. I can actually help you with list building as i'm currently in a JV giveaway event which helps internet marketers increase their subscriber list in just days. if you are interested you can contact me at

Also suggest you try your luck website flipping or building themes. There is no need for a mentor, just check what other people are doing and try it. There is no better way of learning and this way you can also keep advantages others might not know about.
