    Unfortunately the issue isn't whether you've received any DMCA notices from Google yet, nor what your T&Cs say. If the site infringes copyright then at any time Google may contact you, and may delist you from Google, and/or disable your adsense account if you're advertising on the site. Them's some pretty big risks to take for me anyway, as tempting as the current traffic numbers are.

    Anyone interested in buying the site should be aware of the potential issues.

    Well...the best part about the site is, you don't need adsense to make money! There are all types of options you can use, content lockers and more! I would recommened keeping the site CPC and using CPX Interactive, even CPM's can be run on the site and convert! So adsense is not your only options obviously. With the traffic where it is, I'm sure someone with the right ad networks can take over and manage easily.

    Fair point, I'm not up with the other networks rules regarding copyrighted content so can't speak with any authority on that.
