    Files can be uploaded individually or as a batch upload by copying then to a directory on the server and running an import script.

    The site runs on a licensed version of http://wallpaperscript.com/

    My only costs are hosting at $5 a month from a member on these forums.
    For the wallpaper I bought a pack of a member on these forums. After the initial upload I haven't added anymore.
