    First what is the intent of this post.
    Second Your best directory has a large space in the bottom area.
    Any way submited one featured link.
    Try and remove that space.

    sometimes system giving this error
    if you want to submit. write different site on the first screen for example http://www.microsoft.com and secont screen you can change blanks.
