Quality of Backlinks from Squidoo

Hi, do you have any experience from using Squidoo to get backlinks to the site you do SEO on? I have just created my first lens and placed a link there. If the lens is good, when and what result I can expect regarding the page I´m linking to?

I get very good results from my squidoo lens. I made it about 3 Months ago, its a page rank 2 and bring some good targeted traffic. Also noticed a little jump on my keyword searches in search engines. Squidoo works great for quality back links.

 

I think squido lens is nothing but playing with your effective keywords.

You can add read more option in your lenses, then it will work as backlinks.

I tried squidoo. Actually you have to treat it seriously but not spam if you would like to make the service working perfect.

My guess would be hubpages and ezinearticles. But they require unique articles. My tip is you submit unique articles to those sites, when it is published you bookmark them to get them indexed and pass more juice to your backlinks. You can bookmark them using social monkee as a Free user, they allow 25 bookmarks per URL each day for free. Once they are indexed, you manually spin those articles to create unique variations of those articles then pass to other article direcotories to build more backlinks. Here is a sample list:

squidoo is awesome for building backlinks and getting traffic. Some people throw these up real quick just to get the backlinks benefit. But if you focus on the quality of the lens and maintain it regularly, you will see a lot of traffic and seo benefits from doing so

 

Squidoo gives some quality link juice to your primary domain as long as you put in the time and effort required to make a quality lens. Look at other top ranked lenses and meet or exceed their content/media for your lens, you'll see results over time.

Squidoo does a great job when it comes to backlinking. the links are considered "'authorative" by google and get indexed very fast. Make sure you have good content. Its one of the most vital to getting ranked.

 

Your link will be useful to help google find your linked page, but for the PR stuff which nobody knows how it works, then a new page is a new page, it's the same..

My best reviewer site stayed at PR0 for 9 months then suddenly went to PR4 and after 4 months it is now PR3.. All the while many new users, content and backlinks have been created..

So the backlinking stuff I'd say, don't care about it, just spend your time on producing original content based on what people are searching for already... Keep it simple!
