Can i use seo forums for my website?

Hi guys i have a website named promotional calendars which is related to calendar printing. Can i use S.E.O forums for it? Is any disadvantage of it for my website? I am confuse. Plz. help me.

I don’t think SEO forums can pull relevant traffic for your website. As far as backlinks are concerned, even they are less relevant for your calender printing website.

 

Let's assume that you have opened a medicine shop and there you like to sell glossaries along with medicine. Do you think this can increase your sales of medicine. Do you think people who will come for glossaries item will buy a medicine while returning back.

No..... it is better to put your effort in providing more informative and relevant content on you site rather than running a SEO forum.

Participating in forums and blogs can be beneficial but for a site like yours, I think its best to find sites/blogs that are relevant to yours. You can check the links to your site by typing this on Google search:

Link:www.domain.com

Google will show you all the sites linking back to your site.
