Need 2 ASP pages with Access

Hi all,

I need someone to code this simple and quite job - payment $10 by paypal.

I need to a survey page (ASP) for my site visitors. There is only one question with 4 choices.

How did you know about our product?

1. Publishment
2. Word of Mouth
3. Website
4. Exhibition

After the visitor select one choice and press submit, the information will be store into a database using Access.

A result page to take the information from the database - showing the TOTAL number of each choice submitted.

Thats' all.

Just curious, does it has to be ASP? and Access? how about PHP and MySql?
