    Withdraw not coming is Not related to banks or RBI.
    Its Just Paypla has not proccessed them yet probabbly due to 2 days holidays last week

    No,all NEFT comes in few hours.
    The talk on 72 or 48 hours is no sense.

    NEFT from 1 bank to another bank takes ometimes only 30 minutes. For example if I put a NEFT in Yes bank by 9 AM ,I get it in Kotak Bank by 10:10 AM

    I hope delay is by Paypal only which is common

    On November 1st I got my payment from clixsense to my paypal account og $10+. I thought that I will buy a cheap domain name using that amount. On November 2nd, before starting the transaction, I just checked again my paypal account. To my surprise, I got the message from there that the money is already transferred to my bank account on November second! Now paypal transfers money automatically for the Indian account holders without asking for a withdrawal.So I bought a domain name using my alertpay funds. The domain I bought used on my blog josechukkiri-news.com
