Yes, that is very true, BUT when you are selling a website to people you will never meet or see, it's important to have or show the websites credibility.

To judge the credibility of a website, we use the tools that are available to us.

Show me something that would make me make you an offer, other than your word. That's all I'm saying : )

 

That's easy, just ask what you need as prove. As i have shown all needed.

Post links, show proof, it's not that difficult.

You're not showing where the traffic is coming from. You could be spending more than you're making with Adwords. The site seems to have no backlinks, no meta description, and no keywords meta tag either.
The site offers a service yet you state that almost no work is required, only realistic explanation is that you outsource. Yet you're saying the only cost is hosting.
That's the kind of reasons why people are asking for proofs.

 

You said expenses are only traffic. How do you go about delivering the FB fans then?

The traffic is referring traffic, this is the most profitable traffic ever, and ofcourse this traffic is more contextual than PPC.

Well, I was trying to be nice and polite, but no, I dont rely on Alexa or any other tool, all by it's self, I rely on my ten years of buying and selling websites, as well as being a founding member of Flippa with over 210k in sales, but that's besides the point. (P.S. I could care less if you think it's true or not)

WHY you (or any one else) would have an issue with me asking for more proof of what the seller is stating in this "sale" is, I find VERY worrying about you!

I just prefer to get "proof" of what a seller is saying before I make any bids, if you dont like it tough.

When you sell a website online ALL you have is credibility and NOT to show all the proof you are being asked to provide - effects your credibility

Just ask all those people who haven't bid on your website.

When it's this hard, it just isn't worth the effort.

 

And it seems to be common with many listings here.
