First you must have a list of email addresses for doing this
And for sending to bulk email addresses, I think you can use the webmail using roundcube (provided on the cpanel hosting). Use "BCC", fill up the email addresses separated by comma or semi-colon and then you can send it to them all

I personally use aweber for my email marketing efforts. They have a spam checker for your follow up emails, and it will let you know by a score if your message is likely to be looked at as spam or not. Keep the score low on that email and it is likely to hit the inbox. There are tons of hosting companies out there. mailchimp, aweber, gvo, etc.

First thing is what market do you want to market to? ie weight loss, Internet marketing, people who want to make money online? Next create something to give away for free.. weather id be an e-book or a short report make sure it helps people... next build a squeeze page to collect their e-mail and name so you could build a list.. you would need an autoresponder to make this happen.. aweber is the best one out there but there are other e-mail auto responders..

I suggest you use Aweber to get started on your newsletter. You need to first build a list and you can do that by offering a free report or eBook to people who will subscribe to you. We have lessons on email marketing that can help you understand the process better and get started.

Hope that helps. Have a good day!

First you need to collect valid email list or you can buy it. Then start doing it by email marketing tool either paid or free.

Regarding the content you should write your informations in a few words - people don't like to read! So keep it short and if its possible use images. The mail subject should attract the interest of the readers. Otherwise they don't open your mail and you do a lot of work for nothing...

If you're totally new to email marketing you should do some research online and look at getting someone's product that comes highly recommended. There's some good names out there like Fabienne Fredickson, and Ali Brown to name a few.

Remember in design that the longer a segment to text and the large the line spacing the easier the read for the consumer.
Paragraphs with long widths will not allow for easy reading and "noise" from other applications may reduce the impact
of the material within your newsletter. Short and sweet and including alot of call to action also helps :p

I would suggest to go for manual one rather than automating. Keep your mail body delatiled but short and precise. Get a good subject line and not a spammy one.

Manual newsletters may have its advantage but I prefer the automated ones that companies like Aweber provides. I can upload my message and design my newsletters in quick, easy steps.

First, you must have a list of people Who would be willing to receive email from you. If you already have such a list, Get a schedule organized Where you commit to sending to the list At least a couple of times per month. If you do not have such a list, You will need to come up with a plan To attract people to a product or service. People need to want to receive email.
