I am selling it since I am moving onto a business model of developing and selling quality sites.

 

Not have traffic?

 

I get messages asking me how much the site is making, how much traffic it gets, etc. If it was doing really well, it would be set at a really high price. Try getting someone to do all this for $20 (or even $200):
--design a site for you with original header
--write over 20 original articles,
--plus two $47 premium wp plugins
--provide you with an established domain name with keywords in it in a site that has been up for around three years.

If you can get a better deal, go for it.

If so, appearances can be deceiving. I don't know karthik5300. He won the auction but sent me an apologetic message about not buying the site.

 

Unfortunately it's not uncommon, hence the doubt.

 

I didn't install G analytics on the site. Also, I won't be sharing G information here any more. Sharing G information here has damaged the performance of my sites before.

Since no one knows you personally no one can possibly know. That's reality.

And obviously no one would do any business with you if they had doubts. That's logical.

 

And with no Google Analytics, there's no way of knowing traffic sources/ratios ...etc. Wayback machine shows limited info, which suggests domain wasn't used for a very long time. How long have you owned the site? Where is the current traffic coming from? What percentage organic/direct/referral? And evidence of that.

And I'm not trying to sell anything... also becoming more wary the more defensive you're getting.

 

AnimeAsiaWorld.com has had it's up and downs. I originally had it up and running a couple of years ago on with the ThemeHybrid WP theme. Then my wife had a baby and I couldn't tend to it, so it wasn't up for a while. Then I created a new theme and got it going nicely again.

I don't know why people felt compelled to trash this thread with baseless, unfounded accusations against me that are completely untrue, then getting all righteous when I defend myself. Take up that kind of crap with admin if you have suspicions instead of suggesting someone has committed fraud when there is nothing to support such an accusation. Admin can check into any suspicions you may have, looking at IPs and whatnot. Trashing my thread based on crap in your imagination is both unfair and bad form.

 

If you provided basis site info that anyone doing due diligence would expect there'd be no issues. What would ip show if a friend was helping you, or more likely if you paid for traffic. If ou didn't just share GA stats, no legit seller has a problem on Flippa, why so you here? If you provided the info people requested rather than complain about what they're asking for you'd have no issue, and would sell your site far easier for a fair price.
