    When coming to putting the keywords into our webpages, just wonder where we need to put, the actual contents, keywords tag or the title tag in the html code in order to get good ads placement from Adsense. I am a little confuse here, please help me if you have the knowledge.

    If we strictly follow Google suggestions, You should focus not on keyword but quality of the content.
    And don't use the same keyword for example "earn at home" too many times, just use different variations and synonyms like "make money from your computer" .
    Have You seen any good writers repeating the same phrase over and over again ? I don't think so.
    Google will determine ,what ads to put on Your site mostly by Your content.

    you should use keyword density soft...to make sure your keywords density acceptable by SE

    Enough articles or content on the site (tags are a good indicator of what keywords are dominant) and you should be pulling the correct ads for your niche.
