    The most imporant tips have already been told here. My simple advice would be:

    -add original content regularly
    -do an on-site optimization
    -next, off-site optimization: advertorials, blog and forum commenting, maybe a couple of the best directories and try guest blogging (if you have a blog)

    How old is your pr0 site? It may be that it is too new to be anything more just yet. Also, I think Google only updates PR on a site a couple of times a year, I might be wrong about this. Wait until the next update as you may already be there. Other than that, continually updating your site with good, fresh content, as well as link building will help you.
