    Hi Guys,

    I'm selling my website EczemaEase.com as I simply don't have the time to develop it at the moment and it's a great shame as it shows a lot of potential. The site is over a year old and is primarily an information based website great for affiliate or Adsense. All designs and content are 100% unique and written by me. It has approx 10 pages at the moment and most of these are showing in the Google index, some with good rankings too! I've attached 2 screenshots which show TODAYS rankings for Google, Yahoo and Bing, plus a backlink count from Google webmaster tools (showing 734 inward links!) Here's the traffic stats from Google analytics remembering it's only a relatively small site at the moment:

    June 186 views / 317 page views
    July 211 views / 353 page views
    Aug 187 views / 295 page views
    Sep 269 views / 438 page views

    This would be an ideal site for somebody to develop further and monetize the traffic. Please get in touch with any questions. I'm really busy with another site at the moment so I'm looking for a quick and sensible sale, so feel free to make an offer if this is your niche. Thanks.

    Hi, I didn't have a specific price in mind which is why I didnt set a BIN or anything. I was just going to wait and see if there was any interest and consider each offer on its own merits.
