How to remove feedback?

    One of my client didn't send me the payment. I gave her negative feedback on DP. Then she contact me and said that she was out of the station that's why she didn't make the payment. She has sent me the payment. Now I want to remove the negative feedback which I gave on her profile. How can I do this?
