    This is new to me. I think this suitable to for blog searching, blog publicity and blog sharing. For more technical issues, I don't think the site help much.

    Yes you can get links on very high ranking sites if you write good enough content. It has worked well for me. However, remember balance - don't write loads of great content on other peoples' sites, and neglect your own!

    Do you just find the blogs you like and with high PR and ask them if they want a guest blogger, or are there sites out there that connect guest bloggers to blogs looking for free content?

    It's best to ask the site owner if they are interested in publishing posts from you. You may get a response or you may not.
