    don't think that you will get high quality back links from Forums. but the main thing is not the link juice. you can also get the visitors, can increase your sells by doing forum marketing. but choosing the right forum is a very important thing.

    I do use the forum posting to increase site traffic.But some people said backlinks from forums is not quality ones. so how do u think it?

    There always is an option to find a forum in your niche , look around the forum for very active users with no links in their signature and pay them to put your link in. Other posters will trust established member much more and are more likely to visit their links.
