Usually just once a day, but sometimes I skip a day or do it more than once a day depending on the circumstances.
Almost daily, and in the mornings too. Don't see the point in showering before you go to sleep, it's just a waste of water - you will just wake up dirtier/sweatier and need another shower.
Atleast once a day, often more, especially in the summertime, always feel so much better after a shower!
