Where to get the Google +1 icon?

I saw more and more people is putting the Google +1 icon into their web, just wonder what is the function of this? Is this very similar to Facebook Like us page? Where to get to Google +1 icon? Please help if you know. Thanks

Google has their own social network somewhat similar to Facebook called Google+, so yes these + buttons are 'just' like Facebook's Like buttons, but they get listed on your Profile in Google+ and JerrickYeoh (above) has the right link

 

I always using iconfinder dot com site for all branded icons like facebook, twitter, linkedin, stumbleupon, digg etc... you can get google+ icon also from here. you need to type just only google plus and you can get google plus icon. after download icons from here you can use it. this site has advantages that you can get lots of variation in icons.

It's very similar to the Facebook Likes, Google is trying to rank pages based on what visitors feel, hence the use of the plus 1
