Selling Google+ Forum (Website and domain)

A forum and community dedicated to Google+. The aim of the site is to help new users with the social network, to discuss Google Plus features and have general chit chat centred on technological topics. I am selling the site as I don't have enough experience to monetise it, I imagine there is someone out there who can though.

The forum currently ranks well on Google and I know the domain name alone will be worth a significant amount of money. Please feel free to ask any questions!

Note: The previous thread was a bit of a shambles sorry and the forum was overpriced as I have now learnt. There is plenty of potential for the forum as Google+ keeps expanding but it needs someone with ad knowledge to convert the visits into cash.

Your site has 300 posts and no revenue, why would somebody pay $750 for it?

I'll pay the $750 but only if you throw in your first born too.

Even if someone with vast amounts of experience buys it you won't get anywhere near your asking price , why dont you put alittle work in of your own and see if you can develop it.
