This publisher was caught pushing fake clicks, iframed lockers with our ad code, and was banned as a result. After this, he attempted much more abusive activity and then went around on the internet posting this same message on a variety of warez and international message boards in an attempt to get us to pay him.

As with any online network, we have had our share of fraudsters attempt to sign up for network accounts and drive massive amounts of bot, incent, iframed, and other less than desirable traffic to our ad unit placements.
TO BE CLEAR: FRAUDULENT and FAKE traffic is strictly against our network terms. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT IT, OR PAY OUT FOR IT.

Detailed click reports are compiled and reviewed before payouts to new accounts, especially those with super high click thru rates and repetitive clicks from the same IPs. When a publishers account produces all bot clicks, or we check and the referral pages are all stuffed with ads (w/ no other content) and flooded with dirt cheap traffic and fake clicks, they are clearly breaking the rules of our network.

In situations where fraudulent activity is discovered, we are NOT going to pay out to fraudulent publishers, or charge an advertiser for this activity, and their publisher accounts are banned from our network once these activities are brought to light.

Can't please everyone, especially not scammers! :)

selfcontrol: If you would like to further discuss your account, even though we have already communicated with you several times regarding it last December, we will be more than happy to go through click logs and show you your fake, fraudulent, and even Warez traffic (again). http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1922194
