Selling Developed PR3 Webmaster Related Site - Ranks On The First Page Of Google

    Hello Guys,

    I am looking to sell my web development and webmaster related site due to lack of time and my interest in other projects. The site is PR3 and nearly 4 months old. All the content and articles on the site are unique. Site utilizes wordpress with a strong and easy to use admin panel. The design is a customized theme. The site ranks on the first or second page of google for popular webmaster related terms such as webmaster blog, best webmaster forums, best advertising networks, free directory list, best arcade scripts, best webmaster forum scripts etc. Current traffic levels are around 50-60 visitors a day with about 100-150 pageviews. Adsense generates around $0.50-$1 a day. The site also earns about $10-$20/month via private link and ad sales. Most of the traffic is from search engines, direct visits and referring sites.

    I havent' done any paid advertising or promotion for the site. The only method of promotion I used so far was posting on webmaster forums with the site URL in my signature. With proper promotion, advertising and monetization, the site can take off quite easily and provide a healthy level of income.
