    I must admit I still don't quite get the steps to fund a Liberty Reserve account and how to withdraw from it. It doesn't seem as straightforward as say Paypal or Moneybookers. Kinda complicated. Appreciate some advice and feedback from those using it.

    to fund your account and to withdraw from it, use exchangers

    Well, there is no way to fund your account directly. You must use an exchanger to do so, so they send you the Liberty Reserve funds in exchange of a different type of money. However we cannot discuss currency exchange operations on DigitalPoint as long as I know.

    That means if you give money to a scam artist, Liberty Reserve will make no attempt to get it back, even if it is 100% Proven to be a fraud. If some one insists you use Liberty Reserve There is a high probability they are a scam artist.

    Liberty reserve is an anonymous and irrevocable payment system.
    To fund your account, I will suggest you use exchangezone.com
    Maybe I have been lucky with them.

    you said irrecoverable , but i say " it's sellers safety "
    Prevents CC chargeback scams , also prevent privacy .
    but problem is many scammers are using the feature to scam :(

    Liberty reserve is nice online bank account . It is reliable and is easy to use. It has many security levels .
