    I meant if you are not a Native American,then you can't use usa paypal account .paypal will track your ip.it's risky

    before i bought it from one of my trust friends for 18$ just for adding to usa paypal and verifying... and there was no any problem... recently i need another one for my 2nd usa paypal but he is in travel and i don't have access to him... and due to it i opened this topic... if anyone can help me let me know thank you :(

    yeah....i can help you in this matter bro.....just use payoneer debit card...through any of its affiliate site..And after 3 partner payments you can apply for US virtual bank account. Your virtual bank account will be attached to the debit card. You can verify paypal by attaching payoneer debit card or US virtual bank account. And you can also withdraw money from your paypal to payoneer card in your local currency from any atm in your country....

    I have a US Paypal account that I want to verify safely. Can you please explain the process using Payoneer more clearly? Where do I find the affiliate sites? And what do you mean by 3 partner payments?

    I'm interested in this as I don't want to use VCC or any other risky methods.

    How is VCC not risky? Because on almost each thread I read about this topic people advise against VCC saying it's risky and that your account could get banned, and I've read about some people getting their Paypal account suspended for using VCC.

    To GARANTI, there are sites that sell temporary VBA for Paypal verification and also some sellers on here sell them too. But I have no idea if VBA is safe or not.

    There are two types of virtual bank accounts.
    1) VBA for paypal verification only
    2) VBA for paypal verification + Withdrawal (debit card)

    What is the VBA type you are looking for?

    My US paypal account are int the limit stage right now. I have a us etrade account but the credit card with them have my Swedish address so I can't use it to verify my account and lift the limit. So what to do now???? Anyone who can help me out with a VCC for an example.
