    The banking fees are set by our bank partners. These are based on agreements they have with banks all over the world.

    Our transaction dispute process is the fairest possible process for both parties. AlertPay’s resolutions team is highly trained, and is very thorough when reviewing the evidence provided. The reality is that the vast majority of our members that go through this process are satisfied with the way it is conducted.

    I completely understand your frustration.

    It does not serve AlertPay’s best interest to have these services disabled. We would love to have this service re-enabled just as much as you do. Unfortunately, there are some complications that we are trying to work out with our banking partners as it concerns this service.

    Whilst, this sounds like a very simplistic issue to solve, in reality it is not. Many parties are involved in order just to restore this one service.

    There are so many issues with AlertPay, 3 days before i did added my own debit card, they accept it but during verification step they said they have temporary problem with visa card etc, thats really bad a big company alertpay is getting problem with visa and mastercard....

    I've reached the sending limit of unverified Personal Pro and its not letting my send any more funds out from my alertpay balance. I need to use my money in it to continue my business smoothly. I am not able to verify myself via my VISA card or master card.

    What should I do now ?

    Kindly lift my limit.
