Selling Well Established Wordpress Arcade Site, Short Easy Domain, Over 2,500 Uniques p/Month

Here we have for sale a Wordpress based arcade site on an arcade themed domain which was first registered by myself in March 2008.
The domain name was chosen as it's easy for one person to say to another (across a classroom for example).


Traffic:
The site receives a good amount of traffic per month, traffic details are as follows according to AWStats:

The vast majority of the traffic is organic from Google, no effort has been made to build backlinks for the site.

Resources:
The site uses around 180MB of disc space (only game thumbnails are stored locally) and around 4.8GB per month of bandwidth.


Revenue:
The site has Google AdSense advertisements displaying, these however make very little revenue as they're not optimised, we're talking around the £5 mark since March (certainly nothing to shout about).
Someone that knows what they're doing should be able to get these generating some income, I suspect better placement, a change of theme (as now more themes for this arcade script are available) and maybe some colour changes would do a world of good.


Sale Terms:
Payment via Escrow if you don't have a decent iTrader rating.
Payment via PayPal is fine once we've spoken on the phone.
Site is hosted on a cPanel based server, I'll provide you with a full up-to-the-minute backup of the entire cPanel account for you to import into your own hosting account.
Domain is registered with 1and1 so you'll need to order a domain transfer with a registrar of your choice, EPP code will be supplied upon cleared payment.
I reserve the right to cancel a sale and goto the next bidder if required.
This site is for sale elsewhere, I reserve the right to end this auction at any time.

Summary:
The site is a solid performer traffic wise, it always keeps itself up-to-date using services such as MochiMedia and HeyZap for its games and the only reason for sale is that I'm simply not interested in running an arcade site anymore. The domain is too good/established to just be left to expire and I would much rather see the site be taken to the next level by the new owner.

Is adding games to the site automatic? Do you transfer the site to my server?

Hi, thanks for your interest.

The site script pulls the games automatically from MochiMedia and HeyZap games twice daily.
I'll provide some support transferring the site to another cPanel based host, though otherwise you'll simply have to upload the files via FTP and import the database.

It isn't difficult at all transferring the site over as it's not overly complex, though I will help where I can.

The traffic, as mentioned earlier is near 100% organic; the site does have a few backlinks though as mentioned in the original listing, I have not put any effort whatsoever into building backlinks for the site.
