Some questions for Amazon Affiliates from India.

Hi guys, i am thinking of promoting some amazon offers on my sites. I have couple of questions...

1>Do all the leads/sales track in real time?
2>On what date they send payments? Any min payout?
3>Do they pay via wire, check or paypal?

btw you are into affiliate marketing for 4 years and you dont know much about amazon affiliate program?

 

I know about amazon afiliates but never promoted their offers. I am just getting started with them. I checked the page, looks like they pay net 60. I hope they do wire transfers for Indian affiliates as wire, is there any min payout?

 

Don't know much about minimum payout but there offer payouts are very low, one of my friend was promoting them on site receiving 3-4,000 uniques/day and was making just few dollars later he shifted to peerfly email submit and was making 5 times more.

 

Recently i read couple of the amazon courses and i think i can promote them, the competition is pretty weak for most of the niches.

 

1. No, Amazon updates order figures once every 24 hours. It usually updates at 5:30pm (IST)
2. Amazon sends payments on the last day of every month, provided you've reached minimum payout of $100.
3. Amazon pays by gift certificate or check for affiliates based in India.

 

Thanks, i am assuming check is in $ and not in INR like adsense cheques, right?

 

Yes, the checks are in US dollars. You can do a "Amazon Check" search on Google Images or Flickr, to see some examples.

 

It would be a good idea to read up on how Amazon associate works. Check out their website and post here if there's something you don't understand. I think someone has already posted a link to their FAQs, spend some time there and see how it goes.
