    It only has a value in the eyes of Google. Traffic is the main thing, and for SEO there are other factors involved

    If you have backlinks from high page rank sites you will get a good PR from google. If you have a good PR = You will get more traffic. That is what is called off page optimization in SEO.

    The PR term is losing value everyday and soon will be eliminated by Google. It has pretty much no value, but gives you an idea of how "important" a site is.

    If it didn't mean anything, Google wouldn't have kept within 200+ other site evaluation criterium. Well, of course, it means I have increased backlinks to my site. It does relate to SEO.

    Page rank directly propotional to their popularity . so any populated site have good page rank . but page rank does not effect any bussinness that mean ifpage is 0 then it is not neccessary that bussiness will be zero.

    PR effects very much, If a website has high PR then it means that you have quality backlinks and you have a good opportunity for promotion of your business.

    Page rank is the parameter to know where your site is standing in the eyes of search engines. The more PR you have the more weight age you get for your site and also business.

    That is absolutely true. Both on page and off page optimization is required to appear in #1 SERP. But the most crucial thing is the content.

    It affects the reputation of your webpages in the eyes of Google. But this thing is not really a big factor since there is no assurance for a site to have a better ranking even if it has a high PR unless you have done the right thing in the eyes of Google.

    Higher PageRank sites are called authority sites and any content originating from such sites is indexed faster by Google and it is observed that high PageRank sites get on top of Google faster depending on keyword relevancy.
