I think you'd have a big problem.

A) The internet isn't a physical thing so it couldn't go to court
B) Different countries have different internet laws as nobody owns it (though it seems to own you)
C) I'm not sure what your case would be, and I doubt you are either.
D) You'd probably die of old age before all the defendants had given evidence.
E) You couldn't afford it.

There's probably more problems too, but those are just some off the top of my head.

Actually, I think he has made me look to be dead on with both my legal and other advice and not at all too harsh. Getting all worked up about stuff like this is not good for anyone.

Anyway, I think you got your answer already, OP. Browntwn answered that from the very start, so I am not sure
why you wish to debate this further.

(One thing I hate, though, is when people huff and pound their chest saying they'll sue, did so, later lost, but did
not update the thread or so. I suppose that'll make them look bad, but at least it can show you are willing to walk
your talk.)
