Another Adsense denied confused blogger

Hi,

My blog address is - mntdev.blogspot.com.
Adsense rejected my request saying a "page type" issue with my blog.

I am trying to add more meaningful content to the blog but just wanted to know if there is any other issue which i am ignoring.
Because similar blogs (some with lesser original content) are already on adsense.

I have the following questions to pin point the issue

1. Is it because i am on blogspot, and adsense does not approve blogs (or approves only very famous blogs in terms of unique users) - highly doubt this one though


2. Is there a problem in the url where my blog is hosted?


3. Is the problem with the content of the blog?


4. Is the problem with other ad networks I have included ads for on my blog?

5. Or, any other issue i am unaware of


Please help. Will be highly thankful for a meaningful answer.

is your blog driving traffic from search engines? If your blog has at least 300 visitors per day, you have greater chance of being accepted in Adsense.

 

put some rich content and buy domain

 

Try to boost your blog traffic from search engines and make daily quality content for some more time. Then submit it again.

 

You know what Archit, You have some real bang on programming tips. ANd now you visit the site. Timeline/Magazine/Sidebar...

Actually blogspot, worpress blogs, blogger are all for hobby bloggers who writes some rants and diaries . They write because it is their fashion. You dont even have an alexa rank. That says it all. Purchase a domain. You have potential. First work on making a good site with great visibility and appeal.

Soon as you transfer all your content to your domain, you can re apply and you will get adsense approval in no time. But if you decide to stick to blogger or blogspot, I am afraid you will not get it.

 

Did you even check the blog? This guy has some really good programming related articles on his site. I think he has written them. Also just being from India or an Indian site does not make it a crap blog.

I never said the OP was Indian nor his site was .in in this thread. Not sure where you got it from.

First of all, its a blogspot, second of all its a programming site, chances are even if he got accepted, he wouldn't earn much. Techies don't usually click ads, I never do on programming sites.

Your blog looks a lot nicer, at least there are more colors.

 

Thanks for the support and information guys. I sure am a nerd with all these things although i work for Tribalfusion which does advertising day-in day-out. But it is just that I work as an Architect engineering so lack on intricacies of business.

The blog has been inactive and i tried to put some life to it recently. It gets about 150-200 unique hits per day (got stats thru sitemeter and statcounter.com).

Anyways, thanks a ton Rupam, hdwills, josechukkiri, Mobius and others for your great inputs. I will work on your suggestions and get back when I am ready to buy a domain. I would really need your suggestions on it again.

I agree. I've certainly seen blogs worse than his!!

 

3 months man!!

 

Someone gave me a tip long ago about how to get Adsense almost instantly. First, start a blog on Blogger. Then put something on it. Then apply for Adsense. Instant approval! I have tried it and it worked. Why not give that a try? After you get your Adsense account, you can use it for any site you own.

 

ThisOldMan, It is no more the case with Indian publishers in Blogger. They want your blog to be atleast 6 months old and they want it to have good visitors.

By the way I am never too fond of keeping my Intellectual properties in other domains like bloggers and all. Its my articles, my hard work, i would keep in my server. Those bloggers and blogspots are for hobby writers.
