    Call vBulletin and ask what your other options are. I think you can pay with PayPal, probably a wire transfer from your bank too if you need.

    I am from India , I have paid with my Debit card , Provided it just have a VISA logo on it and as Mr.Digital Point told I have called them before purchase , they told me I can buy thourgh debit cards also provided it has VISA /Master Card logo on it :) So , no warries , Have you ever tried atleast with your debit card ?and you tried and it dint work out , may be you have to go to your bank and do some formalities to get your debit card available or permitted for online transaction

    If you aren't interested in spending extra bucks, go for Entropay.
    Then pay with VCC or attach VCC with PayPal and pay to vBulletin.

    If it is cancelled/refunded , then it may credited to bank account in few days as it is international payment. Better speak with bank manager or other higher officials and stat the problem. They may help you.

    The order.......has been cancelled. Only the bank can remove the hold from the card,
    please consult with them regarding removing the hold on the funds.

    I reckon vBulletin's communication has been pretty good. They've told you the information they need, you just have to provide it.
    I just looked up the HDFC website and they do credit cards: http://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/cards/credit_landing.htm

    If you need one, just apply and get one. It won't hold your plans up long and if you have a long term business plan built around this forum then you'll know that it will be worth it. If you haven't then perhaps you should use the delay to sit down and write one before committing your valuable time to a business that may not give you a decent return.

    You can even crate a PayPal account to make payments and you can use your debit card to transfer funds in your PayPal account. Its just like making a payment.
