This is what Alertpay has to say :

If your customers would like to make a MasterCard payment through AlertPay, please give them the following instructions:

    1. Create an AlertPay account at www.alertpay.com.
    2. Validate your email address by following the steps in the validation email.
    3. Login to your AlertPay account and add a MasterCard by clicking on “Profile”.
    4. Under “Financial”, click on “Credit Cards”.
    5. Return to the seller's website and click on the "Buy Now" button.
    6. When prompted, login to your AlertPay account with your email address and password.
    7. Change the source of funds to your MasterCard, type in the Transaction PIN and click “Send”.

Please note that this is a temporary solution to the issues we are experiencing regarding MasterCard payments.

They keep loosing the processing account with banks as they are involved with bad and illegal activities. Just google "alertpay drugs" or "alertpay steroids" or "alertpay casinos". once banks find out what they do they will loose the account and try to go to the next one. They already lost the bank they had and maybe many of you have noticed they have problems with the bank transfers.

Also the alertpay card they promised 2004 is still not released as Alertpay and Firoz Patel are blacklisted by MasterCard for processing steroids. They where banned by Choice Bank where they did try to test cards with Niche but failed due to MaterCard ban. But don't worry they will try in the name of wife's, children's, pets, friends and maybe soon in the names of people who have accounts with them.

    Dear Community

We apologize for this post as it takes away from our time to help support you in growing your business.

We are very aware of who this individual is. We are not certain as to why they are bringing up distorted information. We have tried to reach out to this individual over the years without success. We regretfully have been forced to begin litigation proceedings; the case is still pending against them. Unfortunately, they will continue to slander and defame our organization for their financial benefit.

We hope that you can understand how unique this case is. We trust in your judgment and appreciate your support.

The reality is the vast majority of our members are more than satisfied with AlertPay and its services, and it shows in our growing daily member base. This individual’s outrageous and libelous statement does not speak to the overwhelmingly positive feedback we get from those that rely on AlertPay to process for their business or to receive remittances.

We trust that we have clarified this matter, thus, we can return to our favourite activity - supporting you and your business’ success.

    Cheers

    Sean

I was sorry to hear about your problems with Visa and Mastercard being pulled last week.

It is to your credit that you have made sure your merchants know it this time quickly and accurately:

There are plenty of rumours running around the suspension.

If you can and are not legally enjoined in answering can you please comment on this:

    Hi marcel

American Express processing remains unaffected, so you may continue shopping with your American Express card with AlertPay.

AlertPay has a dedicated team working on restoring service for VISA and MasterCard processing. They have been working diligently in order to have the service re-enabled. Unfortunately, the integration process is very complex, due to the parties involved and
the system that must be put in place to support our 7 million members worldwide.

I will hopefully know more about the situationon Friday afternoon, and the progress that has been made.

I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

    Cheers

    Sean
