    they are legit and have gud traffic.

    U can even start in small amount.
    they are trusted site i get my payment more then 1000 USD as publisher
    and i am promoting my 2 site via them and getting gud result and traffuc

    vip-pop is popads.net? whats their website? I sent email to Tom@Popads 4 days back and still waiting for his response. I was expecting a better turnaround time atleast for advertisers

    did you check edomz.com I heard is good for CPV and they have good reputation for support I see they have contact info in their website, so you can check and see how it works for you
