    If i purchased a bulk of domains with paypal and the seller has not transferd domains after four days how can i get my paypal
    money back.thanks

    If you haven't got any reply from that seller in next 2-3 days then open dispute in paypal to get your funds back. No need to wait more then that IMO.

    Yes, as said above...try to resolve the issue with the seller first and if you dont get any response then open a dispute in PayPal and provide information about your purchase.
