gaining muscle is difficult, I assume you want to gain muscle and not fat lollike they said high protein diet and go to the gym 2 times a week. do heavy weights, low reps. not light weights with 20+ reps. you should only be able to lift them 5 times.
Eat lots of healthy and carbohydrate rich food. Get some beneficial tablets sometimes they are great.
Most people want to lose weight, but if you are intent on getting fat and blobby by emulating the Goodyear blimp, then go ahead, over 50% of Americans have already done it. A back view of an American street scene is like looking at the fat arses of a herd of Hippo`s. Stuff yourself silly with burgers, pizza`s, hot dogs, french fries, takeaways, greasy steaks, monster sausages, barbecue crap and all the other fat inducing foods you can get hold of - the market is full of them. Good luck.
When I used several protein powders but they are of no use. Best you can maintain a good meal table and act accordingly.
so if you want to gain weight do not eat more as it can lead that you will become fat!you are to do exercises to enlarge your muscles and as a result you will eat more naturally and gain about 2-5 kilo.
Muscles are made in the kitchen. Download the free "myfitnesspal" application if you have an iphone as it will help you to keep track of the food and macros you are consuming. You could also find a "bulking calculator" on google. Type in your weight and it will generate the macronutrients you will need to consume in order to gain weight. There are a ton of resources out there. As far as training, I recommend following a 5x5 program (5 sets, 5 reps) and incorporating a lot of compound lifts (works more than one muscle group) into your workout for the best results. Also get plenty of sleep!
I was in your boat. I finally succeeded! I exercised 3-4 days per week... about every other day... and I ate AS MUCH HEALTHY FOOD AS POSSIBLE. When I go to the gym I sometimes go VERY gently and sometimes somewhat hard. I try to never hurt myself when exercising because that seems to set me back. Success with this is possible! It can be hard!
It's simple: 1. eat more 2. sleep more 3. and watch more TV... ie move less to reduce metabolism rate. Just my 2 cents
