Well we have lots of people here that would love to get their stuff on digg. Why not create a sticky thread and create an army to help each other digg our sites?
Well I think DP is a fantastic forum for technical info etc But Digg is focused on a different sector I think the general opinion will be that DP is great without a Digg Army Nothing wrong with Digg it is great But DP is unique and has built its own Super DP Army, why would it need someone elses in its backyard too
Because that is a good way to get banned from Digg. You must have missed a thread mirroring your idea a few months ago. In short, just about everyone in that thread got their profiles yanked. I can see submitting quality content that would naturally get dugg but not spamming a good site with garbage that is then pushed to the front with a "digg army".
The first rule about Digg Army is you don't talk about Digg Army. It is imperative you keep it underground. It is also wise to have someone set up some sort of structure so that it is untraceable. 100 people voting on the same things over and over is too easy to spot.
No no no .... stop thinking like that you will hurt all the good people around you ... Easy Tiger .... this is a pic of the army lol :
Silly goose. What we do is call them and tell them to give our sites 100000 diggs each...or else. They'll be scared of the threat of the DP army.
I was banned from Digg for participating in a "digg mine and I'll digg yours" thread here. Don't do it. Getting banned from Digg is a great way to lose out on some free viral marketing.
A good question never fully answered though is how their audit works to screen groups that digg. I'm still amazed by some of the worthless junk that gets inexplicable digg numbers.
Anything that would benefit from getting on digg would be good enough to get on digg based on its own merits.
