    I'm selling this site http://www.bloatedstomach.info with 3 unique articles.

    The exact match keyword gets 18,100 monthly/searches, so with good SEO this site is going to send a boat load of traffic once you get it ranking on the first page. I know there is money in this niche, because advertisers on adwords are spending $2/click for this keyword.

    But I thought .info is penalized on google?

    I have no idea who started this rumor but this is rubbish! Dot info sites rank fine in google, I should know I have .info sites ranked #1. I also think the .info extension is very appropriate for this keyword.

    Assume not much traffic/revenue since its a new site.

    The domain name is at GoDaddy for an easy push.

    Why do you want to sell it for so cheap?
    You could add a a few more articles, change the theme, and make some manual/ automatic submissions, and then you coulld easily sell it 10 times the prices you are asking...
