    It's currently way to busy with too many pop ups. Too many flags and icons. As it is so busy the visitor is likely easily put off or confused. Consider focussing on some specific call to actions. For example having people sign up to your 'free travel guide' might be your primary goal in which case this should be given a page to itself with a strong call to action from the home page. Maybe consider using an image map of the countries for which you do tours. www.image-maps.com/united_states.php like this example but more colourful.

    Site is ok, but gathering with data in one page. You can separate the data with another page. Clean website makes the visitors interested in that website. But here visitors can lost the thing for what they are actually looking.
