    is that directory submission works now for seo?
    i did more than 2000 directory submission but no changes in keywords...i think now doing the directory is waste of time..

    whats is your opinion?

    Yup! but you submit 2000 directories in this type you recive backlinks on 2000 directories. continue and start a link building on those key word you top if rank on search engine.

    Directory submission is definitely a good thing, but I believe those backlinks are not worth to search engines as much as they used to be in the past.

    Directory submission is not waste of time. Make sure you focus on approved directory resources, rather than submitting in all directories.

    Directory submission works but its better if your go for quality rather that quantity. 10-15 Quality directories are worth than the 2000 low quality ones. Also be sure while posting about the relevant category.

    Directories usually do not approve links in days but it takes months to get a link after you submit a link to those directories.
    If you have paid for the links then most probably within 7 days most of your listings will be approved.
    You should have patience especially dealing with link directory submission.

    For faster results get a high page rank link from relevant website. Vary your anchor text for natural link building,

    Yes Directory submission works.. recently I have submitted my site on some of the directories and then stopped doing that but now I can see that i am getting backlinks from them.. So going to start the process again :p

    remember that not all backlinks will be showing especially if youre looking in google. this doesnt mean you've been wasting your time, trust me directories do still work well at the early stages

    It seems that directory submission is not the waste of time but you have to make sure that you get approval in them as it is considered as if you are doing all those submission for free than you are to wait atleast for two to three months to get it approved and then you can see considerable result. If you want fast result you can consider paid submission or even may go for article or similar submission which give you approval at once.
