Why is he a hypocrite ? Science hasn't done anything to infirm or confirm God . It is a simple fact that science has removed all undefinable variables out of it's equation. IMHO it's no different then relaying on common sense when you cook rather then praying for your stake to fry itself . Since God has gifted us with intelligence I think it's a blasphemy not to use it .

Angelic's point is quite right , all our knowledge is just a drop in the ocean , this has been said time and time again by scientists . If you where to compare the total scientific knowledge we posses with the total scientific knowledge that will be achieved you can see that we're still just starting up .

Most churches have the cure to HIV. It's living a lifestyle that does not put you at risk of getting it in the first place.

First - HIV is not always related to lifestyle.. What lifestyle option does a baby have? What life style option those guys have who got HIV from infected blood transfusion?
As I said, wake me up when your church "ACTUALLY" finds a cure for HIV.

Actually that's pretty much the bullet proof prevention . HIV is transmitted almost exclusively via premarital sex and drugs ; stay away from those and you won't get HIV . So the Church just provided you with a perfect answer .

But then again nothing does cure those that are already HIV positive . Except the genetic background of those few that are immune to the virus . Anyway the point is that weather if you like it or not the church provided the HIV cure long before HIV was a problem , it's also a cure for Hep C and hundred of other diseases .
