Selling Paranormal News Website PR2

    I am looking to sell this great paranormal website which I have slowly been adding content to.

    Main reason for the sale is my job, I used to have a few sites but now I have no time for anything.

    All the content is 100% unique and high quaility, the website is PR2 and with a little more content you should be able to get it back to where it was before my new job...

    The site was making revenue through privates ads, blog posts and I added adsense a little while back. This month Adsense has made £10 which is roughly $16 and private ads were $25 making the total revenue average around $30 to $40.

    I am looking to sell for around the $100 mark, but my reserve is set to $75 so it doesn't go for too cheap. $150 BIN price will stay for the first day, after that I am open to offers.
