    For me Moneybookers is the best because in my country Paypal payments can't be recieved.

    Paypal is the best in countries where Paypal is accepted and authorized. Other then that internationally Moneybookers is the best.

    Liberty reserve has the advantage of being an instant form of payements unlike Paypal and Alertpay which take 48 hours.
    Paypal is the most trusted payment processor online and is by far the most common.Unfortunately,it isn't available worldwide.
    I would recommed Alertpay as it is very similar to Paypal and at the same time,it is very easy to recieve your payments on your debit card(if it is Visa.I don't know about the others)

    As far as I know, All of the payment processors are instant. I have done with AP and PP, both are instant for me

    I have used PP, AP and Moneybookers. PP is more widely accepted by merchants like eBay and Tiger Direct so for me, it is the best.
