I Could Not Pay By PayPal To Anyone.

    Hi Friends,

    I have indian paypal account. I could not pay by paypal to anyone.. it says verify your account with credit card or debit card.

    I have visa card but getting some error.. please anyone suggest how to verify and how I able to make payment to anyone.

    You need to have a credit card in order to send money to anyone using PayPal. You can't use your PayPal Balance to send money.

    Also, you can send money only to international users of PayPal via CC and not to Indians.

    You should have a credit card to send money from PayPal as you are from India.

    why not try something like alertpay or moneybookers... paypal can be a pain sometimes

    Paypal can be a real pain.....I had over 4,000 transactions and got 1 complaint, yes only 1, and they froze my account. They will tell you that you cant have your funds for 6 months, but, my best friend is a lawyer and my funds were released to me. Couldnt use my paypal account anymore though so I became a fan of www.paypalsucks.com

    You need add a CC in your PayPal before you can make any Payment to them, Also you are not allowed to send any payment to Indian PayPal account.

    Get a Real credit card. OR you can buy a Virtual Credit Card too .Google for trusted VCC sites.
