    Site Functionality is Good Mate... But work a little on Design.... These days people think these designs old fashioned.... Rest its cool.....

    Well the whole design to the site is simple and clean. The problem comes from it being too simple as for the text, try not to use gray on a white background it is a little hard to read.

    One of your biggest struggles will be getting people to participate in this site instead of LinkedIn. So, your first and foremost goal should be to differentiate your service from LinkedIn, or explain how it works with LinkedIn and augments job networking opportunities. Also, explain what exactly people can do on your site. It's confusing right now. Create a CV? I can do that on my computer. So, highlight the features and make those the most important factor in your design. Also, get ride of the text at top and just have a logo - much bigger and central than the current one.

    well im searching for content writer to do that, im not good in writing,about the marketing i have a recruiting agency with offline databank 100K candidates this will be a good start to promote the service.
