I expected that and I don't need to show any evidence, he's a total scammer, just check his threads and the post history, you'll see a big change in the market activity.

ROFL. I wondered why you guys were so sure. Looked at a couple of his WTS threads, he's not even trying to hide that it's Helvetii now.

Check out the matching numbers below. Some passages are actually verbatim. The adsense arbitrage thread (with numbered sale to avoid the appearance of a dup thread) was Helvetii's trademark to begin with, but he mightve been bright enough to at least differentiate. He cut and pasted even the incorrect caps errors.

[Wait, I said "bright" and "Helvetii in the same sentence... now I see where the problem is.]

Hi Helvetii, didja miss us? :)

Funny part is that Helvetti shot down his only possible excuse for the duplications between Akki313s threads and Helvetii's. Smooth move as always.
Dont know if Akki313 was Helvetii before, but clearly Helvetii controls that account now.
    Timeline
    1) Helvetii is banned

    2) May 5 - Akki313 opens a thread to complain that his friend is banned unfairly, names Helvetii, and names me as cause.
See "Is reputation Moderated Now?" - http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2169822#post16184762

    NOTE:
Only Helvetii knew he was banned for rep abuse.
Only Helvetii knew the cause included a red rep threatening to rape my grand-daughter in front of me.

    3) Sept 3 - Akki313 announces he is joining a new company and will have overlaps with DP members
[apparently to prep for the fact the account may soon overlap Helvetii's IP]
See "Logging In to DP with Shared IP"

AKKI313 - I'm joining a new office from tomorrow...Its an internet marketing company where many people will be having dp account on shared IP, should I take any precautions. I mean is it safe to login from my office or should I take any precautions?

    4) Oct 12 - Members in WTS start noticing that though Akki313 was never in that biz before, his new WTS offers look exactly like Helvetii's.
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2303323#post16863482
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2304960#post16871000

    How are they alike?
-- sells "adsense arbitrage" sites (exactly like Helvetii's operation),
-- numbers the threads as Helvetii did so mods dont think they are dup threads and formats titles exactly the same,
-- uses long passages of text directly from Helvetii's old threads.

    5) When members in WTS point out this is Helvetii's scam, Akki claims he doesnt even know what kind of sites Helvetii sold.
[Here he cleverly shut himself out from his only excuse.] http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2304960

Akki313 - "I don't know what kind of sites he sold since I never bought any of his site. "

AKKI313 Foreclosed his only excuse for the duplications
See numbered items on screenshots in prior post. Those aren't "similarities", Akki313s threads include copy and paste text from Helvetii's sales threads, despite his claim not to know what type sites Helvetii sold.

Akki's ONLY feasible excuse would've been...

"Hell yes, I copied Helvetii like a Xerox machine! Copied his business model, even used his verbiage and thread format cause he was making good money and now he isn't here to compete! This was his gig, but it's mine now."
    ...

Instead, in a clumsy attempt to distance this ID from the Helvetii ID he pretends not to know what kind of sites Helvetii sold. If true we'd have to believe exact duplications of entire paragraphs Helvetii's posts (including improper caps and location of parenthetic phrases ) was coincidence, not cut and paste.

Clock's ticking Helvetii... looks like you blew it again fella. :)

Why is he not banned yet? It takes less than 5 clicks to change his forum status.

Hell yes, I copied Helvetii like a Xerox machine! Copied his business model, even used his verbiage and thread format cause he was making good money and now he isn't here to compete! This was his gig, but it's mine now, though I never bought any of his sites so have no clue about exactly what he was delivering.

Wow. Intense drama. Gotta get meself some popcorns.

Yeah.. you 'probably' don't have any clue about what exactly you were delivering and you don't have any clue why your threads and some lines are exactly the same as your old posts.

    Makes perfect sense! :)

Helvetii/Akki - Painted yourself into a corner. Your only defense is to convince mods you lied when denying knowledge of the identical operation under the Helvetii ID.

Takes a special type to hang their credibility on convincing people he's a plagiarist and a liar.

If the mods arent seeing an IP change, then Akki313 was an alt ID for Helvetii all along.
