    I just want to know that whether FB Likes and Google +1's help to get good Page Rank?
    Is this same with Digg, or Stumbel Upon etc?

    No , Facebook likes and google +1 will bring some more visitors to your site,
    but google +1 may be help to increase google search engine rank

    If you can get on the first page on Digg, won't do you any harm.

    More traffic = more natural links = higher PR.

    The PageRank basically depends on the number of DoFollow backlink you get from other relevant sites. Facebook likes and google +1 can help you gain traffic but not PR.

    Facebook likes have nothing to do with rankings. However, they do help to increase your site's traffic. About Google +1, there is still no strong confirmation whether it really helps a site to rank or not.

    Facebook like and +1's have nothing to do with pagerank. However, they may increase credibility if visitors see that high numbers of other people have liked and +1'd your website. And as eureka said may well also help with traffic as, for example, your site will appear in facebook newsfeeds everytime someone likes your page. I've heard it said that social activity is a factor that search engines now include in their algorhythms... and so may have a small impact on your positioning in search results... this is not something I have concluded from my own findings though.
