How to get my own Clients ?

i'm a beginner search engine optimizer, want to create a clientele for my self.
where can you recommend me to start from ?

i'm quite good in what im doing in my homeland with my local SEO.

You can start by advertising your services on forums like Digital Point, Warrior Forum.

When I started my freelance writing career, I used to troll Craigslist and apply to writing jobs submitted there. Found a few customers that way.

Another option is to offer free services to one or two people to get testimonials and referrals.

Start creating a thread here on DP about your SEO service. You're here already man, there were lots of hungry buyers here. Craigslist, WarriorForum, WickedFire and Backlinks Forum are also great sources for you to get clients. Make sure that your SEO services provides great value to their investments.

I have a suggestion for you, you can start by contacting any site's owner for specific niche. For example; search google for any keyword e.g weight loss. Then jump to page3 4 and so forth.

If you found a site with already on-page SEO optimize you should try contacting them personally. Show your proof and testimonials.

If you have good client feedback from the clients you have already done work for you should write, or have written, a small give away report about how to have better SEO. Then you could get on forums like this one and warrior and GIVE the report away. In this report you can have links to your website and list some of the good feedback from your previous clients. If you don't have any feedback, then offer a small service for SEO on Fiverr.com until you get about 5 to 8 good feedbacks. You can copy and paste those feedbacks onto your website.

When I first started my ghostwriting business I knew I would need some testimonials, so I worked on Fiverr just long enough to get some great feedback, then set up my webpage. Now that much time has passed I get feedback from clients all over the world. People want to buy a product or service from someone they feel they can trust. If others have used your services and had a great experience, this will make your new prospect feel much more inclined to try you out.

You can do freelancing by making accounts on different freelancing sites like odesk, elance etc.
You can get projects from there.
